Please contact us at orders@nintronics.co.uk before the order is dispatched to cancel the order. We will then give you a full refund.
You are more than welcome to come in and see our showrooms, however demonstrations are by appointment only, so if you would like a demo please e-mail or call first to book a slot.
Please contact our sales department at sales@nintronics.co.uk. If you can give details of the product you are interested in and the questions you have, we will get back to you promptly. We are always happy to offer you advice on any aspect of home cinema you are interested in.

If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us first and we can assess you order and advise as to whether it can be completed or not.
We receive deliveries of new stock everyday. If the item you require is marked as out of stock please contact us to discuss your needs.
We have contracts to supply products from most major manufacturers. However, we do not sell all products online, so please contact us with your queries.

Delivery
We offer FREE delivery to the mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isles of Scilly, and some of the remote Scottish Isles). For international orders and UK areas not covered please contact us for a quote. More details on our delivery policies can be found by clicking here.
Some products are click and collect in store only, if you are unsure whether an item is click and collect only please contact us and we will be happy to help.
