Retail Store Manager
Nintronics Ltd was founded in 2008, and the company has grown into a leading supplier of high-end Home Audio and Cinema solutions.
We have discerning customers that will expect industry-leading and friendly service combined with a high level of knowledge regarding high-end electronics and sound reproduction. This can all come with experience so is not essential, but would be ideal if you already have a passion for music and movies.
We are looking for a store manager who will be responsible for:
- Building customer rapport
- Managing our in-store and installation teams.
- Ensuring shop standards are always maintained, while making sure that our showroom and demonstration facilities are presented correctly, and exemplary customer experience is maintained.
- To be present, supervise and motivate the daily shop operations, understanding how to organise and delegate among team members the many ongoing daily tasks as well as driving long term projects.
- Report monthly to Payroll and director on any staff absences or salary amendments.
- Understanding basic HR shop procedure and legal framework.
- Maintain high level of staff presentation
- Participate and contribute to overall sales performance strategy, both in-store and e-commerce
- Maintain office space and stock room order.
- Overseeing general maintenance and accuracy of inventory systems.
Salary package will be competitive with further OTE benefits.
Senior Sales and Calibrations
Nintronics specialises in High Fidelity music reproduction and home cinema systems, based in Welwyn Garden City.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for music, movies, and their reproduction to work in our new showroom facility which houses some of the finest brands in the audio world. Ideally looking for someone with industry experience both in the two-channel analogue + digital worlds, home cinema calibrations and setup experience would be fantastic but can be taught on the job if required.
Responsibilities:
- Build customer relationships
- Provide world class customer service and the ability to adapt your approach depending on the customer’s requirements, going above and beyond to meet their needs
- Strong product knowledge and experience with room acoustics
- Technical expertise in order to demonstrate and install high-end products

- Flexibility to be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays when required
