The Acoustic Sinc iRAP isolation-Resonance-Absorbing-Platform are manufactured from Custom Design’s world renowned Acoustic Steel. The Custom Design unique, Intra Specific Isolation Technology creates a constrained layer dampening system to provide the perfect, discrete, high mass hifi isolation platform.

The Acoustic Sinc iRAP are designed with an initial high mass feature to convert and dampen resonance energy vibration. The Acoustic Sinc isolates speakers from the floor and with the unique Intra Specific Isolation principle, the viscoelastic patent polymer converting unwanted resonance energy to negiliable heat. Energy can be neither created or destroyed, only changed. This is achieved through a viscoelastic patented polymer system which is pressed between 2 sheets of CR4 mild steel, a 1mm and 6mm format, with a high initial mass for best results, creating a perfect constrained layer dampening platform with a high weight loading capability. The resulting improvements are highly significant and the versatility of the XL iRAP enables the perfect Hifi Isolation Platform to be adapted to any support system, only requiring 20mm of height.

The Acoustic Sinc iRAP, HiFi Isolation Platform are available in a standard 280mm x 360mm (custom sizes available on request), which provide a magnitude in clarity and separation, an inky blackness and precision to the bass frequency, with a significant improvement in the dynamic range with timing and detail. All combined the Acoustic Sinc iRAP can make them an essential upgrade to speaker support and isolation.

Custom Design sources all cardboard packaging from only PEFC or FSC certified companies. 76% of the cardboard packaging has been manufactured from recycled material which can be 100% recycled.
